Recombinant Human UbE2D3
ScienCell’s Recombinant Human UbE2D3 (6xHis-UbE2D3) is for research use only. It is not approved for human or animal use, or for application in clinical or in vitro diagnostic procedures.
Recombinant Human UbE2D3 is a member of the Ubiquitin-conjugating (E2) enzyme family that acquires Ubiquitin from a Ubiquitin-activating (E1) enzyme and subsequently reacts with a Ubiquitin ligase (E3) to conjugate Ubiquitin to substrate proteins. Human UbE2D3 shares 88% and 89% amino acid sequence identity with UbE2D1 and UbE2D2, the close related family members. Human UbE2D3 works with a number of E3 enzymes, including MDM2 and CHIP, making it suitable for studying E3 ligase mechanisms, targeted protein degradation, and ubiquitin-dependent disease pathways.
